The Matuska Taxidermy Supply Company will accept returns on all merchandise for exchange or refund, if returned within 30 days from date of purchase. All merchandise must be in original condition. We do not accept returns on forms which have been altered or damaged in ANY way. Please enclose a copy of the invoice, as well as an explanation for the return. Customer is responsible for shipping on all returned merchandise. At the discretion of management, a restocking fee may be charged.

Large forms may be sectioned to reduce shipping expenses, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Matuska Taxidermy Supply Company is committed to providing you with the most economical delivery method possible.
Matuska Taxidermy Supply Company is committed to providing you with the quickest, most economical delivery method possible. Orders can be shipped via SpeeDee, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Regulations are mandated by the carriers and must be followed and charged accordingly. For shipping, both the actual weight and the dimensional weight of your package will be taken. The carrier will use the higher of these two weights. Large boxes (formerly referred to as oversize), over 5,184 cubic inches, will be calculated as dimensional weight. Dimensional Weight = Length x Width x Height ÷ 194. Once the shipping amount has been calculated, this will be charged to the credit card provided for your initial order. A receipt for the shipping transaction will then be emailed to the address provided with your initial transaction. Please be advised that if no email address is provided, no shipping receipt will be sent. Our shipping department will be happy to assist you with your shipping questions and your best shipping alternative.

C.O.D. orders require an additional $12.00 carrier service fee. Only a money order or a cashier's check will be accepted.
