REAL Shipping Rates
Due to our shipping volume, we have negotiated some of the best rates in
the industry for FedEx, UPS, SpeeDee, and truck deliveries. We also ship
USPS if it is the best economical choice for you. You pay the REAL
shipping/handling costs for your specific merchandise shipped from our
building to yours.
Shipping Payment
Due to our large selection of items we carry, ranging from needles to
lifesize elephants, calculating shipping before the items are boxed and
weighed becomes challenging. We don’t charge shipping up front, which
allows us to box and weigh each order to choose the most economical rate
for our customers so you don’t overpay.
Shipping Estimates
To give you the best rates, we do not estimate shipping. Once your order is
pulled, packed, and weighed the best REAL shipping rate will be calculated
for you. You can request to be notified of the shipping total before being
charged in the “notes” section at check out. We will call you with the final
total, including shipping.
Commercial/Residential Deliveries for Pallets
To save on shipping we recommend that you provide us with a commercial
delivery address. FedEx, UPS, and commercial truck lines charge
additional fees for residential deliveries. Please note that the
commercial/residential classification is set by the shipping service,
not us. If anyone currently does, or could, live on the premises (such as a
shop with residence above or a house on the same lot), the shipping
services will not consider it a commercial address.
USPS Orders
We are happy to ship via the US Postal Service, but you must allow extra
time for delivery.
We Ship Worldwide
International customers are responsible for duties & taxes. Please note in
some cases packages get held up at government facilities. Unfortunately,
we have no influence over delays or additional fees associated with
international shipments.
Overnight Delivery
Overnight Delivery/2nd day is possible for FedEx or UPS. However, please
note that when shipping something overnight or second day, you are
buying a plane ticket for the box, which can double if not triple the amount
of dollars per box, depending on the package size. ORMD products are
excluded from the overnight/2nd day delivery. Please place all overnight/2nd
day orders no later than 11AM that day.
Valid Delivery Address
The customer must provide a valid delivery address where someone can
receive the merchandise from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The customer is
responsible for both redelivery charges if redelivery is required and address
correction charges if there is any discrepancy. Please enter your address
carefully and double check all your information before submitting your
order.
Refused Shipments
The customer is responsible for shipping both ways, as the delivery
company will charge us freight to the delivery address and back to our
warehouse.
Shipment Delays
We strive to get our packages out and delivered efficiently. However, we
have no influence on the shipping companies when delays arise. We do
apologize for any inconvenience that delays may cause.

Invoices
All online order invoices are emailed to each customer after shipping is
calculated. If you haven’t received an invoice after your order has been
fulfilled, please check your junk and spam folder. The invoices are
