Bird Heads | Original Series by Wildlife Illusions

Bought this for wigeon and teal mount, I have only done the teal but so far it’s very good, would purchase again.

To me, these are the best heads in the market!! Having made my own molds, I know the importance of getting it right. It’s painstaking. These are mostly flawless!! The head and bill must be close to perfect because that is one of the first things people see.

I’ve been using these heads for the last few birds I’ve worked on. I am pretty green to waterfowl taxidermy, but these heads are just one way to really tie a bird together, the pan pastels kit also works great for these heads!

The quality is so precise and detailed.

just wish that they came with a painted tongue

I won’t use any other heads. They always fit (love that there’s a chart to determine if you need a med/lg etc). I order the ones with pre-set eyes. Saves so much time and they look great in the finished mount. Consistent quality. Not too heavy. Easy to drill hole for wire.

Cory's heads to me are the best on the market. Have used 10 different people's over the past decade or so, will only use these unless it's just an oddball not available
