Strong enough to remove pain and direct hairs, not too strong that it easily removes acrylic paint. (With fines, of course)

Another one of those tools, what did I do without? Absolutely the best for fluffing the hair on the inside of ears. Also I use for removing paint from ear hair on small mammals.
