Trim the skull plate to fit the slot in the antler form, screw antlers on, mache the center, and cover with velvet, leather, or material of choice.

Antler mounting
I have used these in the past and I ran out. I got into mounting my deer antlers myself and these bases are great for what I needed, mount antlers with screws, mache to smooth out, and cover, looks real nice and cheaper than having someone else doing it, I have done 28 antler mounts with these bases.
