Supper easy to control the ph easy to read instructions fast acting and best has little to no odor will be switching from Cictric acid to straight no harm.
For use as primary pickling acid or adjusting pH in a Citric Acid pickle. This non-hazardous pickling acid is very effective. Amount needed to achieve proper pH will vary depending on water hardness. Pickle solutions will generally require 1 ounce per gallon of solution.
